Public Offer Agreement

This document constitutes an official public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Daria Raskova, TIN 771370041790, OGRNIP 326774600489004 (the "Contractor"), addressed to any legally capable person (the "Client"), to conclude a services agreement for the recruitment of household staff on the terms set out below.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Contractor provides the Client with information and consulting services for the search and selection of household staff candidates (governesses, nannies, tutors, housekeepers, chefs, drivers, personal assistants, estate managers and other specialists) in accordance with the Client's requirements.
1.2. The Contractor is not the employer of the candidates and is not a party to any employment or civil relations between the Client and the specialist.
2. Provision of Services
2.1. The Client submits an enquiry via the website, by phone or by e-mail, describing the requirements for the specialist.
2.2. The Contractor performs the search, initial interviews, reference and document checks, and presents suitable candidates to the Client.
2.3. The final decision on engaging a candidate is made by the Client.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. The service fee is agreed individually before the services commence and is fixed in the invoice and/or written correspondence of the parties.
3.2. Payment is made in the manner and within the terms specified in the Contractor's invoice.
3.3. The Contractor applies the simplified tax system (STS). The services are not subject to VAT.
4. Replacement Guarantee
4.1. If the placed specialist ceases cooperation with the Client within the guarantee period agreed by the parties, the Contractor provides a one-time free replacement search on similar terms.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information received in the course of the agreement.
5.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
6. Liability
6.1. For non-performance or improper performance of obligations, the parties are liable in accordance with applicable law.
6.2. The Contractor is not liable for the actions of the specialist during their cooperation with the Client.
7. Acceptance
7.1. Submitting an enquiry and/or paying the Contractor's invoice constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
7.2. Acceptance of the offer means the Client agrees to all of its terms.
